Buyers are responsible for proper use and knowledge of items purchased from HiFi Vector Audio.

HiFi Vector Audio is not responsible for damages to any equipment or items this is the buyers responsibility

to understand the proper use and precautions of items sold by HiFi Vector Audio. Items sold are meant for

Professional use only.

Due to the nature of the custom products we sell no returns are accepted after items are shipped.

All items come with a 90 day warranty for repair or replacement at our discretion. 1 year repair on the DL-14 units.

Although we have never had a single issue as they are pretty bullet proof.

Shipping charges for warranty are the buyer responsibility.

We do not distribute any customer data on this website. Only the data for your purchases are stored

for a better customers experience and for warranty and purchase information.
